Saw this take from a tiktok, and they argued why should we feel bad because if the parents continued to raise their kids they would turn out bad just like them?
Yes we should feel sorry they lost a parent but not the person. I am aware of cases of kids not wanting to grow up to be their parents and actively do better but i think this is a minority. Maybe it is confirmation bias?
