Everyone says more options = more freedom, but honestly it just feels like stress.
Every choice now comes with that annoying “what if I picked the wrong one?” feeling. Whether it’s something small like what to watch or something big like career decisions, there’s always this sense that there was a better option you missed.
I don’t think this makes people happier, I think it just makes us more indecisive and less satisfied.
At this point, I’d rather have 3 good options than 300 “maybe better” ones.
