As a kid, I loved the start of a movie where nothing at all was wrong and everything was chill, and I hated the initial conflict that kicked off the rest of the story.
If I have to pause the episode, take a breather, look at something else for a bit until I’m mentally prepared to watch a scene because it’s so intense, then from now on I’m turning the show off and not watching again.
Everyone always said “you’ve got to watch Grey’s Anatomy” so finally I gave in a few months ago and I feel like my blood pressure is still higher than it should be.
Minor obstacles/inconveniences are the way to go in tv shows and movies. My heart races enough in the day from stress.
Before I get spammed with “then watch sitcoms” I do. Can I complain for a bit? Thanks
