The MPAA should allow an unlimited amount of swearing in PG-13 movies

I was thinking about this after watching the Bo Burnham movie eighth grade. First it's a wonderful film and if you haven't seen it you should. Anyways the MPAA gave the film an R rating because the characters are constantly swearing including many uses of the word fuck. The thing is the reason there's so much foul language in the movie is because the young cast was allowed to improvise much of their diolauge and that's actually how 13 and 14 year olds talk. The film's rating made it more difficult to be seen by the exact audience it was aimed at. It's commonly known that the MPAA allows one instance of the word fuck uncensored in a PG-13 but will slap the R rating for using it more. I fail to see a significant difference between on instance of the word and twenty and it's naive to believe 13 to 16 year olds don't hear and use the word frequently.
