The 2020s do not have a distinct identity for film, and it would be viewed as an extension of the previous decade for cinema in the future.

I feel like the 2020s (so far) will be viewed in the future as an extension of 2010s cinema except with video game movies being popular and with brighter colors as well as it being noticeable that the "franchise era" for Hollywood is in noticeable decline, mainly due to there being a growing backlash against these movies as well as the sociopolitical climate in general making people not want to go to the movie theater as much. You also have out-of-touch Hollywood executives focusing on 2010s trends such as superhero movies, 80s nostalgia, legacy sequels, or there being a meta/ironic style of humor for films (such as in Thor: Love and Thunder) making it seem more like an extension of the 2010s in my opinion.

I feel like the 2020s so far are similar similar to how the early-to-mid 1960s do not have a distinct identity for Hollywood film and was similar to the 1950s except with spy movies being popular, Jerry Lewis-style comedies becoming more popular, and westerns being slightly grittier as well as it being in noticeable decline as you could tell that the "Golden Age of Hollywood" was coming to an end before it was replaced with the "New Hollywood" era in the late 60s when gritty independent dramas became the norm instead of G-rated musicals or historical epics.
