In your youth you’re not supposed to be worried about your relationship or anything. You don’t need a partner.
In my opinion entering unnecessary relationships as a teenager only holds you back. You should use your time to enjoy being young and not to invest in a relationship.
If you’re still in high school your relationship will more than likely not last longer than a few years and it’s just not worth it missing out on adventures and experiences for a person you won’t marry anyways.
A relationship and marriage is something you can do later. It is absolutely okay and good to enjoy your youth and to have sex and party with random people. Not entering a long term relationship was the best decision I have made in my youth.
