People in positions of authority should be tested/observed for clear signs of lacking empathy towards coworkers and anyone in their life they interact

They should also be banned from authority positions until they’re able to show they changed and any further violation completely bans them from those positions.

Qualifications for authority positions should include their feelings/behaviors towards others like and unlike themselves as well as the job duties unrelated to working with others since their choices have more severity than other positions.
