Ok, listen OG DKC fans, I liked OG Donkey Kong Country, as well, they are really good games...for their time. But they aren't exactly that good by today's standards. Like I still consider Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze to be the best game.
OG Donkey Kong Country trilogy has way too many **core** problems. While the level design was good for it's time, I really don't think that people would enjoy the style of the original trilogy. The bosses are...absolute fucking dogshit. I don't even want to talk about how horrible are levels with animal companions. And etc.
Even if you give it good graphics, it wouldn't come even close to being as good as Tropical Freeze. They might be better than DKC Returns but even that would be very hard for them.
