Huge nacho fan here. I think that's a pretty popular opinion to have. Where I may lose some, is that while i love nachos, i'd much prefer if all of those ingredients on top of the nachos were just served in little bowls on the side. That way every single chip is perfection. Big plate of chips then sides of guac, salsa, chicken, pork, cheese, jalapeno, beans, etc. It also makes it so that you can put your chips and sides away and come back to them. Nacho charcuterie board is much better than traditional nacho presentation.
