Most ice cream sandwiches would be better with half as much ice cream

I'm talking the classic, vanilla ice cream between two pieces of cakey chocolate. The vanilla ice cream really just overpowers the chocolate and when there's less ice cream, the balance is so much better. However, JUST eating the cookie/cake part without any ice cream, although enjoyable, is not as good as if there was just less ice cream to begin with.
