Now as I say this keep in mind, I also have ADHD, so in my case I'm kind of just unable to come up with long-term plans on my own💔, but even when someone else comes up with a plan for what we're gonna do at any given moment (going out one day, a roadtrip, whatever) I always enjoy the whole thing a ton less when I know what we're gonna do moment-to-moment compared to just making it up as we go-to me plans make things feel predictable in a way that makes things boring, like we're following a protocol or some shit instead of actually going out and trying to have fun, and that disdain for planning applies to a ton of things besides just going out with friends and things along those lines (though I'm not really thinking clearly enough to articulate it well I feel lol, hopefully ya'll will get what I meanðŸ˜)
I get the vibe this is unpopular because I scrolled around looking for people talking about spontaneity and things and the vast majority of posts I saw were people saying how much they HATE spontaneous plans BECAUSE they don't know what they're gonna do next which makes them anxious when I've always been the exact opposite and found them exciting for that reason lol
