Kobe Bryant was responsible for his death, his daughter's, and everyone else on that helicopter

Kobe pushed hard for the helicopter to take off in time for his daughter's basketball game. Obviously, there are people who are in charge who can veto him, but they might end up losing their job for it, assuming they were hired by Bryant himself. That pressure is a lot and contributes to the pilot flying in weather he wasn't properly skilled for.
