If someone has an issue it's better to air their feelings in the open than be polite to avoid drama

If someone had shit to talk about me I'd rather that they aired their grievances out in the open and maybe I'm temporarily butthurt or upset, but I also have time to reflect than them not tell me at all and the issue gets out of hand.
