Yes, it stings and makes my eyes water, but almost in a pleasant way, if that makes sense. Similar concept to enjoying spicy food, where my tongue is technically experiencing pain, but it activates endorphins and lights up a pleasure center in my brain, I don't know the exact science. I enjoy it in that same way.
Hell, once the burning and watering stops, my eyes tend to feel better than they did before I starting chopping anything.
I'm curious if there's anyone else here who feels this way.
