I don’t like receiving gifts

I’m not a very materialistic person so 9 times out of 10 I won’t like the gift and probably won’t ever use it. But also i’m not gonna throw it away so i’ll put it to the side only to be reminded whenever I see it and then feel bad for whoever bought it for me. I know it’s the thought that counts but i’d much prefer money lol
