I don’t think most people who glorify “grinding” are actually successful. They’re just tired and trying to justify it
Working nonstop, skipping sleep, sacrificing your health and relationships… none of that is impressive. It’s just burnout with better branding. But because society rewards visible exhaustion, people wear it like a badge of honor.
Half the time, the “hustle” isn’t even productive. It’s just being busy so you can feel like you’re doing something important. Meanwhile, people who work efficiently and protect their time get labeled as lazy or not ambitious enough.
If your lifestyle requires you to constantly push yourself to the edge just to keep up, maybe the system is broken… or maybe you’re chasing the wrong definition of success.
Either way, being perpetually exhausted shouldn’t be the goal
