Hot Ones should start putting the sauce on when the guest arrives instead of before

In the show Hot Ones I usually see that the wings are dry as the celebs eat them, which imo makes it less spicy and dulls the full spice of the sauce. It should be poured on and wet when the celebs eat them for the full effect. Correct me if i’m wrong and they put sauce on with the wings as they interview or this isnt unpopular, but i have seen one where the wings were dry as they tried them and seen that in most cases which imo shouldn’t be the case.
