People hide behind cameras off, barely talk in meetings, and then are shocked when promotions go to those who actually show up. Real relationships, body language, office politics are dying. Everyone’s social skills are atrophying.The excuse is “productivity.” Anyone who wants to actually get ahead, it's better in person. Change my perspective.
