Friends and romance are overestimated

Just take a look at how people communicate. Like 95% of this is a waste of time. No bonds, no connection, just spending time coz there is nothing better to do. Couples spend decades together and then walk away and never talk. Best friends today split tomorrow and no one dies. In general people have to endure one's talk to have a credit to talk on their own. Forced communities like coworkers behave poorly knowing they can't be dumped. Like what quality is this, what is the gain, what is left when it's over? Nothing! This is pure life - chaotic and pointless, and I don't see a reason to put a ton of effort for a poor experience like this. There are people worth fighting for, but it's 5%, the rest is a waste.
