Yes I know not all of them can or should be refundable
HOWEVER there should be some leeway given to customers. Big gaming companies already have the impression that we do not own video games if they are bought digitally, which is why physicals are so important when it comes to ownership.
I do think people should get like some ‘credits’ where they’re allowed to refund video games on PSN or Xbox. Paying full prices and then realising the game is trash or not for you, just ruins the experience for people.
This is why Steam is liked quite a lot, because the process for refunds are good, massive library and aggressive sales/discounts.
If PlayStation and Xbox etc, can’t do that, at the very least let customers refund a few games per year (after the 14 day mark), we’re already paying for shit like PS plus and gamepass.
And before anyone thinks I’m being unreasonable, no I’m not saying you should get like 20 full refunds, maybe like 2-3 games a year.
