It started at some point in the early 2010. I recall watching Westworld and being like I have never been so excited about what is coming but then the show just got worse and worse. Season by season since then every single high production TV show has made their entire viewership sit on the edge of a cliff every single episode every single season and then kind of just ended in nothing or they take so long to produce we don’t care when they do come out.
The funny part is after they are all out and we get to binge watch the whole thing my response is often “eh that was ok”.
