Condiments on a hotdog/bratwurst/sausage belong underneath the meat not on top of the sausage.

As title states, condiments should be underneath. While less pretty, this ensures no condiments escape off the sides when you bite into them. Just a better way to consume in a more cleanlier and efficient manner.
