Being “busy” all the time is often just poor time management, not productivity

I’ve noticed a lot of people wear being busy like it’s some kind of achievement, but most of the time it doesn’t actually mean they’re getting meaningful things done.

Sometimes it’s just jumping between tasks, overcommitting, or not prioritizing properly. It looks like productivity from the outside, but it doesn’t always lead to real results.

I’m not saying everyone who’s busy is doing something wrong, but constantly being overwhelmed shouldn’t be the default either.

Having time to rest or not being busy all the time doesn’t mean you’re lazy, it might just mean you’re managing things better
