EDIT: Because everyone is saying that "its because it is made from leaves"... thank you for the insights. I obviously mean dirty, soil-covered garden leaves from an unkempt garden not actual tea leaves.
I've tried for YEARS, many kinds of teas from many parts of the world and I come to the same conclusion, that it tastes like absolute garbage. No one can convince me to drink it anymore in any situation. I can't even politely pretend to like it when offered anymore, I straight up can't drink it.
Please tell me I'm not the only one.
