Free Flow Talk is all about user experience, to make this one everyone can enjoy we have established a set of terms for our website.

These are rules we expect all members to follow including staff.

This website is an adult website and foul language may be present with this being said we do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to be on our network.

We do not allow any form of adult images to be shared on our platform to the public this includes links, photos, etc.

Scams and Spam are not tolerated If we see spam or scams, we will suspend your account with ample warning to correct the issue.

-we understand you might have been hacked we can help you recover your account-

Absolutely no animal sales on this website period.

-If we see it, we will make contact to correct the issue, failure to comply will result in your account removal and ban.

Free is free: if you’re offering a free item, it’s free shipping as well, if you are charging shipping you must relist the item at the price of the shipping. -this includes asking for gas-

-This is a method some scammers might use to circumvent or evade our systems.

Fees: We are a free website; at this time, you will never be charged for anything.

Anything requiring a fee will be published by a member of staff.

Predators will be investigated, if we receive a report of a predator on our website, we will initiate a 3-step investigation as follows:

-1 We will investigate the reported content and profile and take appropriate action to stop the member from using our platform

-2 We will investigate the reporting party and take appropriate action based on our finding

-3 We will forward the information to law enforcement for further action

Bullying / Harassment terms: We define bullying and harassment as continuing to contact a member after they blocked you using secondary accounts, spoofing accounts with intent to harass, intimidate, or scam others, consistent verbal abuse, Abusive trolling, hate speeches, or racist behavior towards other members.

We do not actively investigate profiles expressing their feelings on their page granted the following: it is not hate speech or inciting violence or in violation of any other terms.

5 report / Block rule: If you have been blocked or had content reported 5 times or more, your account will be suspended for review, upon review we will establish the best way to handle your account moving forward.

Request to remove your account and data: At any time you can request to have your profile and data removed by simply contacting us using our contact form please include the reason you are contacting us and a copy of your ID if you’re requesting removal.

-We do not allow members to delete their account for safety and security reasons but at any time you can request it via contact form.

These Terms of Use are subject to change at any time and we will make a public notice to all members within 24-48 hours of changes.

Market Terms

Refunds and Disputes

Free Flow Talk does not handle any transactions on the market not directly listed or sold by us.

This means we do not handle disputes or refunds between sellers.

Rules

1. Absolutely no sales of animals period.
Animal products are allowed.

2. Sales of escorts or other illegal services are not allowed.

3. We actively monitor sales involving scam triggers such as ductwork, cleaning/detailing, etc.

Do not take offense if we question you.

4. Transparency is required.
This means you must provide as much information as possible about your listing so that members do not have to contact you for more information or the price.

5. You will not ask the member for their zip code or to use WhatsApp or other forms of meeting apps for interviews.
We encourage our members to flag and report this type of response.

6. Free is Free, if you’re listing an item as free it must be free which means no private messages asking for gas or shipping fees, you will be required to list it for that price.

7. Absolutely no work-from-home post-period.
No exceptions to this rule.

8. No shows will be removed, if you go to meet a seller and they do not show up or answer the door, we encourage you to report the listing so we can look into it.

9. We charge a 2 percent commision for any payments made through our website , this includes fundraising , monetizing content , and selling on market place.

10. In order to help us fight scammers and spammers we have enabled a 3 post aproval rule, what this means for you? You must have 3 approved posts in order to post freely on our website.
