The feeling of nausea is worse than the actual throwing up part

It's horrible. You know what's coming, your stomach is churning, your mouth starts watering uncomfortably, your skin gets all sensitive, you already start gagging. It's just the such a terrible physical feeling. I know that actually throwing up is also horrible, I have emetophobia and I hate how painful your throat feels afterwards and when the gagging just won't stop. But that "impending doom" feeling you get when you know what's coming, that is the worst
