I know they went with Kevin O’Leary for Mr. Rockwell in Marty Supreme but honestly they missed the perfect choice.
Phil Swift has that absurd and larger-than-life energy that Kevin just doesn’t. Imagine that unhinged confidence in a villain: bursting through walls, over-the-top declarations, and somehow still convincing you he’s a threat. That’s the vibe Mr. Rockwell needed.
Kevin O’Leary is fine as a business mogul, but the role called for spectacle, not spreadsheets. Phil Swift would have made Mr. Rockwell memorable and iconic.
I know I’ll get roasted for this, but casting Phil Swift could’ve turned Marty Supreme into a cult classic instead of just another forgettable flick.
