| I got this tattoo done 4 days ago and didn’t notice until I got home that it’s not centered. The red circle is to the left of my belly button (when looking at it in the photo) and the leafy parts in the middle are closer to the left breast than right (when looking at the photo). The stencil looked straight but I really wish I would have asked the artist to draw a line from my belly button to my neck to make sure it was centered. Just looking for others’ opinions on if it’s as noticeable to others as it is to me. 🥲 Obviously there’s not much that can be done at this point. I am considering getting symmetrical tigers on my stomach and thought that could help detract from the sternum piece? Edit: I appreciate all the comments and reassurance. It seems that my belly button may not be centered, my hips are likely out of alignment, maybe I have mild scoliosis, and my breasts are different sizes. 😅 I still think the tattoo could have been centered a little bit better, but I’m realizing it likely would never be perfect. submitted by /u/Mental_Scene5952 to r/tattooadvice [link] [comments] |
