The Afroman Defamation Trial is a 2026 civil trial between the Adams County police department in Ohio and rapper Afroman, real name Joseph Edgar Foreman. The defamation lawsuit was filed by the police department on March 14th, 2023, and centers around a series of music videos released by Afroman between 2022 and 2023, which use real security camera footage of the police raiding his home on August 21st, 2022, and call out several members of the police department by name.
